Scorpus 7 d.o.o. was founded in April 2017 with three employees specializing in architecture, civil engineering, and construction supervision. Investors quickly recognized the expertise and reliability of the company’s multidisciplinary team, leading to a significant increase in project volume. The company has since continuously expanded, hiring young designers eager to prove themselves and embrace teamwork. Today, Scorpus 7 d.o.o. has thirteen employees — eight graduated architects and five graduated civil engineers — along with several students who regularly contribute and see their future within the company’s professional team. Our team covers projects in architecture, structural engineering, water supply and drainage, and building physics — encompassing all four main components of a construction project. Beyond design skills and the use of BIM software in project development, our key strengths include fast and efficient communication, expert consulting, and an excellent understanding of spatial plans as well as all relevant laws and regulations in the field of spatial planning and construction. Over eight years of operation, Scorpus 7 d.o.o. has completed countless projects and obtained building permits for a wide range of structures — primarily residential, but also commercial, public, tourist, and industrial buildings. The team remains open to new challenges and experiences, continuing to grow through creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
